GORDON BUSENBARK

Mr. Busenbark  joined our Board of Directors effective May 28, 2008. He is currently Chief Financial Officer of Xytis Inc. Prior to joining Xytis, Mr. Busenbark was Chief Financial Officer at Encysive Pharmaceuticals. His prior experience also includes 23 years of employment at Baxter Healthcare, where he held a number of senior-level financial, operational and managerial positions in both the U.S. and Europe, including President of Baxter BioScience’s global plasma therapeutics business in Austria. Mr. Busenbark has both a B.S. in Accounting and an MBA from the University of Utah.
