Michael J. Brown, JD

Michael J. Brown has served as our Corporate Secretary since April 2005.  Mr. Brown is currently the founder and Managing Director of Paramount Law Group.  Prior to founding Paramount Law Group, Mr. Brown was an attorney in the corporate law departments of Solomon Ward Seidenwurm & Smith, Venture Law Group and Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich, where he represented biotechnology and other technology companies in merger and acquisition transactions, the procurement of financing through public offerings, private placements and credit facilities, licensing transactions and other corporate matters.  Mr. Brown graduated with a B.A. degree in Psychology from the University of Washington and earned a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law.
