NVENTA’S CEO TO PRESENT AT RODMAN & RENSHAW 8TH ANNUAL HEALTHCARE CONFERENCE

San Diego, California USA –Nventa Biopharmaceuticals Corporation (TSX:NVN) announced today that Gregory M. McKee, the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, will present at the Rodman & Renshaw 8th Annual Healthcare Conference at the Palace Hotel in New York at 9:10 a.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday, November 8.

Mr. McKee will provide an overview of the Company and an update on HspE7, its investigational therapeutic vaccine candidate for human papillomavirus (HPV)-related diseases.

The audio portion of the presentation will be webcast live and available subsequently by replay on the Rodman & Renshaw website at http://www.wsw.com/webcast/rrshq10/tsx.nvn/.  The replay of the webcast will be available for 90 days after the live presentation.  Following the presentation, the audio replay and presentation slides will be available for seven days on the Nventa website, www.nventacorp.com
